Text: Ephesians 3:14-19

Title: It’s WIJD – not WWJD (This is the 6th in a series of messages from Ephesians – God’s Plan Extraordinaire)

Idea

God is waiting for His people to stop asking WWJD, ‘What would Jesus do?’ and start asking WIJD, ‘What is Jesus doing?’ Jesus is still “doing” in the world and God is still blessing through Him. God has for us renewing power and this power is going to accomplish things that are beyond the dreams and imaginations of those in whom the power works.

GOD’S RESOURCE OF PRAYER (vv 14-15; see Exodus 17:8-13)

A. The battle for lost souls is won by prayer and intercession

B. Prayer is the secret weapon of the kingdom of God

C. Prayer is always relevant to other’s survival rate

GOD’S RESOURCE OF POWER (vv 16-17)

A. He strengthens according to His riches

B. He strengthens us by His Spirit

C. He strengthens our inner person

D. He strengthens His Lordship

GOD’S RESOURCE OF HIS PRESENCE (vv 18-19)
